Le Bristol, Paris

Bonjour!

Last December, I traveled to Paris — a city I return to again and again, always finding something new to fall in love with. This time, I arrived just before Christmas, when everything feels wrapped in a soft kind of magic. Le Bristol captured that feeling perfectly.

The hotel façade glowed with warm festive lights, and stepping into the lobby felt like walking into a dream. Red amaryllis and winterberries filled the space with color and scent. Located in the heart of Paris, the hotel is within walking distance of my favorite spots and surrounded by vintage stores, including my favorite Italian porcelain brand, Ginori.

My room had the charm of a storybook. Floral curtains, matching pillowcases, and beautiful vintage furniture created a space that felt removed from time — like a forgotten Paris from another era. Each evening, thoughtful touches were left on my bed: a small perfume, mint candies, and a branded keychain — little gestures that made my stay feel truly personal.

Mornings began slowly and beautifully, with fresh pastries, seasonal fruit, and the perfect cup of coffee — either in the restaurant or tucked under a warm blanket in bed. Ordering room service felt like its own kind of luxury, especially with the wintery weather outside and the garden below filled with twinkling Christmas trees.

I couldn’t leave without taking a piece of it home. I found a beautiful plate in the hotel shop — one of those objects that holds both beauty and memory. It now lives in my kitchen, and every time I see it, I’m transported back to those quiet December mornings.

My love for Paris is deeply tied to moments like these — the beauty of the city, its rich culture, and the warmth of the people. There’s an effortless charm to the way life is lived here, with care, style, and a deep appreciation for the little things.

A stay at Le Bristol is a timeless experience that stays with you long after you leave.

Lots of love,
Omer
