Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return. Earrings may be returned within 4 days of receipt.
To qualify, returned items must be in the same original condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Any items not meeting these criteria or missing proof of purchase may be rejected. 
Please note that items on sale, personalized pieces, and certain types of jewelry are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization restrictions.


Initiating a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@ome-ome.com within the 14-day return window. We will provide you with return instructions; items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

If you wish to cancel your order after completing your purchase but before the item has been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@ome-ome.com with your order number or via WhatsApp.

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will instead fall under our return policy.

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit cancellations in cases where production or packaging of the order has already begun (for example, customized or handmade items).

Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Once processed, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping, handling fees, and customs/duties are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to reject items that show signs of wear or do not meet our return requirements.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will not accept complaints or return requests after this time frame.
We review each case individually to determine the appropriate resolution.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges; you may return eligible items for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

Guarantee & Responsibility 
We take pride in the quality of every omé piece. Each item comes with a one-year guarantee that covers manufacturing defects such as broken clasps, loose settings, or issues resulting from our craftsmanship.
If something happens to your jewelry within this period, please contact us at info@ome-ome.com or via WhatsApp - we’ll be happy to review your case and repair or replace the item when eligible. Each case will be reviewed individually, and repairs or replacements are issued at our discretion.

Please note that our guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear, improper handling, contact with chemicals, or modifications made by others.

While we do everything possible to ensure our products are safe and long-lasting, omé cannot be held responsible for issues that arise from misuse, neglect, or allergic reactions. We encourage customers to follow our care instructions and reach out if they ever have concerns or questions about product use.

The company and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries that may result from the use of any product or service purchased through this website.
