Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days following your purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation along with an invoice receipt shortly after your order is placed. Please note that orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping within Israel
Once processed, orders shipped within Israel will generally arrive within 3-5 business days. Deliveries to remote locations may take slightly longer.
Shipping within Israel is free via the Israeli delivery company HFD. Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number.
Please be aware that any additional delivery fees for returns or exchanges are $12.
International Shipping
Once processed, delivery typically takes 2-6 business days via DHL Express.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and do not include duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs and Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other duties that may apply to their orders. Please note that these fees are not calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Responsibility

However, we cannot be held responsible for shipping and delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. It is crucial that you verify your shipping address before completing your order, as we are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Reporting Issues
If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receipt. We cannot accept reports of defects or incorrect items after this timeframe. Each case will be reviewed individually, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue.
