Jewelry
Our jewelry is crafted with mostly natural materials, including freshwater pearls, gemstones, and shells. We also incorporate glass and ceramic beads, while other materials may include sterling silver, rhodium plating, and gold plating.
To keep them in the best condition, avoid exposure to salty or chlorinated water, and remove them before swimming, showering, or engaging in strenuous activities.
Avoid contact with cleaning products, body lotions, hairspray, and perfume while wearing your jewelry (apply first and allow to dry fully before putting on your jewelry).
When not in use, store pieces in a dry place, ideally out of direct sunlight and away from extreme heat or moisture, flat in a soft-lined box or jewelry pouch.
We don’t recommend wearing omè jewelry in water, as exposure to water—especially chlorinated or salt water—can lead to tarnishing or dullness over time.
It is possible for jewelry to tarnish, especially when exposed to chemicals, moisture, or high humidity.
For corded pieces, it's normal for the cord to show slight color changes or signs of wear over time, especially with frequent handling.
To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and other products that may affect the materials.
Yes, all of our jewelry is handmade with attention to detail and craftsmanship using traditional techniques, making each omè piece unique.
Shipping
Yes, we offer international shipping. A complete list of countries we ship to is available at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. We ship using DHL Express, which generally takes 2-6 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination.
Please note, any applicable taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor and track your shipment's progress.

Orders
To place an order, simply browse our online store and select the items you wish to purchase. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information and payment details to complete your order.

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order details.
This email confirms that we have received your order and provides a summary of your purchase.
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receipt.
We cannot accept reports of defects or incorrect items after this time frame.
Each case is reviewed individually, and our team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, in its original condition, and packaged in the original box.

Once your return is confirmed, package the item securely in its original condition and box.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you’d like.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Once processed, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
