Le Sirenuse, Positano

Somewhere in Southern Italy, lies a charming village named Positano. Located on the Amalfi coast, Positano is renowned for the breath-taking view of cliffside homes on the seaside. It one of the most beautiful places in the world and my favorite destination for a peaceful summer getaway.

En route to Positano, one can’t help but notice the striking Le Sirenuse hotel. Adorned in a captivating shade of red, the hotel is a stunning sight to behold while traversing the coastal roads.

My family and I travel to Positano every year and stay at the luxurious Le Sirenuse hotel during the summer. Our most recent trip in August was truly wonderful!

Upon a four hour drive from Rome’s Fiumicino airport, the gracious hotel staff welcomed us with refreshing, freshly squeezed lemonade. They then escorted us to the hotel pool where we enjoyed an exquisite Italian lunch. The following days at the hotel were serene and magical.

Begin your day with a splendid breakfast overlooking the beautiful view of the Amalfi Coast. Continue with a walk down the lemon scented pathways leading to the sun-soaked beach. Take a dip in the warm seawater, savor a refreshing lemon sorbet and end your day with a romantic candlelight dinner at Le Sirenuse. Or, spend your day lounging by the pool, sipping an Aperol Spritz while enjoying the remarkable view of Positano.

All you need to pack for the trip are swimsuits, linen shirts, and a few dresses, and you're all set!

What makes the stay at Le Sirenuse truly exceptional is the meticulous attention to detail. From the carefully curated art decorating the hotel walls to the immaculately cleaned rooms and the kindness of the hotel concierge and staff.

Le Sirenuse holds, and will always hold, a very special place in my heart.
